Dining at the Manoir de Montecler is friendly and informal. We love to share the gastronomic delights of the Pays de la Loire with our guests.

The cuisine

The lady of the house, Brigitte Carpentier, invites you to come and enjoy the cuisine of the Loire Valley and discover this region’s specialities.
This is the ideal way to explore the Loire via its cuisine, whether you’re coming to the area with your partner, friends or family.

The produce

We take very great care to select only the finest quality produce. Almost all of the produce that we use is seasonal and locally grown.

The wines

As you may know, the Pays de la Loire is also very famous for the quality of its wines. You will get the chance to taste wines such as Saumur Champigny, Chinon, St Nicolas de Bourgueil and Coteaux du Layon.
